I like to travel light. Packing a few essentials such as a good ear will serve one well in all sorts of situations. Dress it up or dress it down, the skill of listening enables smooth sailing and a firm grasp of whatever reality comes your way. Keep ‘em open. You’d be surprised how many people could use a willing ear.
